Liverpool will get its first glimpse of the newest puppet to join the Giant Spectacular today.
The Grandmother, is one of three giants taking centre stage in the World War One commemoration Memories of August 1914 event.
The statuesque 85 year old will remain asleep in St George's Hall in Liverpool until Friday.
The Grandmother giant is on public display for the first time outside of France.
