Blackpool fans will stop on their away trip to Wigan to lay a wreath at the memorial to 17-year-old Kevin Olsson, who was stabbed to death on the terraces at Bloomfield Road during a game on 24 August 1974.
Members of Blackpool Supporters Club will pause in silence by a memorial plaque near the club's shop at 1pm.
