A new statue of Cilla Black will be officially unveiled on Mathew Street as part of the celebrations.

The late star worked as a cloakroom girl before finding fame.

The bronze sculpture is being commissioned by her three sons, Robert, Ben and Jack, who are donating it to the city in memory of their mum.
