Anthony Grainger inquiry - leading officer failed training because he "became overloaded under pressure"

The inquiry into the fatal police shooting of a man in Cheshire has heard the Greater Manchester Police officer in charge of the operation on the ground had failed his training because he "became overloaded under pressure."

Anthony Grainger died i in March 2012 when he was hit in the chest by a single bullet.

The hearing also heard Police logs of the days leading up to the incident were only completed after his death.
