Man charged with murder after 38-year-old stabbed to death

A 32-year-old man has been charged with murder after a man was killed in Greater Manchester.

Lee Junior Walker, of Patchcroft Road, Wythenshawe, has been charged with stabbing 38-year-old Shaun Murphy to death, at around 2.30am on June 17.

Emergency services were called to Greenbrow Road, Newall Green, where they attended to Mr Murphy before he was taken to hospital, where he later died.

Mr Walker is due to appear at Manchester City Magistrates' Court tomorrow,
