'Creativity district' for Liverpool docklands comes closer

The regeneration of 125 acres of Liverpool's docklands, into a 'creative district' full of artistic and tech-based businesses, comes a step closer today.

City leaders will consider approving a draft proposal for the 'Ten Streets' scheme on the northern edge of the city centre. It is part of a plan to create 2500 new jobs in some of the country's most deprived neighbourhoods.
