IoM's Chief Minister election process could change

The election process which determines who is Chief Minister of the Isle of Man could change.

In today's House of Keys sitting, 21 members were in favour of disallowing the Legislative Council from voting.

The motion was proposed by Minister for Policy and Reform Chris Thomas MHK.

Plans will now go to Tynwald parliament in 2018.
