Parents threaten legal action over academy decision

Education Secretary Michael Gove is facing stiff opposition over plans to force a north London school to become an academy.

Now, angry parents at Downhills have issued Michael Gove with an ultimatum. They have given him two weeks to reinstate the orginal Board of Governors or they will take legal action.

Martin Stew reports.
