It's a pivotal day in Championship, the last day of the season for many of our London football teams.
Although today's games may not be as high profile as Chelsea's win earlier this week, this arguably yields comparable rewards with West Ham potentially gaining automatic promotion to the premiership.
I can't deny my alliance to the mighty hammers.
My husband is a big West Ham fan and this means it's full family support!
The weather is looking a little gloomy today. Let's hope it doesn't rain on their parade.
There's also likely to be a pretty big crowd at Twickenham this afternoon with the Army & Navy rugby match.
So no doubt an adrenaline fuelled day of football and rugby.
The weather this weekend is full of adrenaline too. It's overcast and wet today but set to turn very wet and very windy through this evening and overnight.
The Met Office has issued a weather warning for London and the South-East.
For more information you can get updates direct from the Met Office website.
So what's causing these stormy conditions?
Low pressure, which has developed over the Bay of Biscay, is moving northwards bringing us wet and windy weather.
Conditions are going to be pretty nasty on the roads. So a need for caution! Driving rain, cross winds and a lot of surface spray.
The situation is exacerbated by strong gale force north-easterly winds, which at times will gust up to 40-50 mph.
The concern is that the winds could be strong enough to bring down trees during the night.
So baton down the hatches and plan an evening at home. There's plenty to watch on TV, BGT and the Voice, what more could you ask for!
