The torch relay begins at the junction of Southgate Avenue and Brighton Road. It then travels north up Brighton Road, across the level crossing and into the High Street. After that the torch relay heads down the High Street, turns right into Broad Walk and left into The Broadway. The route continues by turning right into The Boulevard, over the College Road roundabout and into Northgate Avenue. It ends at the Northgate Avenue entrance to the Hazelwick roundabout at 09:36.
