New hope for epilepsy sufferers

A new pill, developed in Hatfield, could make a huge difference to thousands of young people, and teenagers, who suffer from epilepsy.

Because of the way Fycompa (also known as perampanel) works, the side-effects are minimal - which means it can be prescribed to younger patients.
