Robin's weather blog

It was a slow start to things this morning but later there were brighter skies pushing in from the South as the day unfolded and some of us were treated to the odd spell of brightness.

Today's limited sun will have to sustain you through the next few days.

Tonight mist, fog and low cloud will form across the region (especially up to the North) and this will linger for much of tomorrow morning.

Elsewhere it will be a case of low grey cloud. Whichever way you look at it the prospects are rather grim.

In the afternoon the cloud could possibly break up in a couple of places, but generally speaking tomorrow will be a disappointment. Even if your expectations are low!

Hardly cheering news, I know, but the signs for Sunday are good; sunny and bright but chilly.

It's just heads down until we get there.

Robin.
