The weather's looking more settled over the next few days but that doesn't mean it's going to be much warmer.
Daytime highs heading into the weekend are peaking at 5 or 6 degrees and it's going to dip down to freezing at night. So we can expect frosty nights and chilly days (especially in the wind).
It's going to be dry tonight with clear skies to the west of the London region. It will be a nice bright start to tomorrow. A thin, high layer of cloud will make it a hazy, sunny start. It will be turning cloudier in the afternoon but staying dry and chilly.
Looking ahead to the weekend, early forecasts look like it will be dry and cloudy. The wind will finally ease on Saturday but it will be staying cold.
So all in all not too bad, but not too warm either.
