A weather update for the half term week.
On my journey into work this morning, I saw quite a few families (on route I assume to the airport) with their ski gear in tow.
I quickly remembered it was half term week and this being a popular time for jetting off to the slopes.
Ski conditions across Europe look decent. Some good snow amounts.
My niece and nephew are currently on their way down from the midlands to spend the week with us in the capital.
The weather for a change, isn't looking too bad. With high pressure in charge, it's set to be largely dry across the capital for much of the week.
It will probably be quite cloudy and an east to south easterly breeze will develop making it feel on the cool side, especially by Tuesday.
The cloud could be thick enough in places to produce a few light showers and these could turn wintry by Wednesday.
Overall, for half term week, I don't think it's a bad forecast on offer.
It's dry enough for families to get out and about, but its just remembering to wrap up warm.
