Paris Brown has apologised for'inappropriate language and views' she posted on the micro blogging site when she was younger. But now there are calls for her to go.


Doesn't a bit of sun make a huge difference to our lives?

No doubt Southend United fans were hoping to channel some positive rays into their side's performance at Wembley today as they took on Crewe Alexandra in the final of the Johnstones Paint Trophy. Alas, no amount of vitamin D could save the blues - they lost2-0. But the fans at least, did make history - more Shrimpers supporters than ever before attended the match. Ticket sales in excess of 31, 00 beat the club's previous record set for an FA Cup clash against Liverpool in 1977. More on that with Rags Martel who was at Wembley.

Meanwhile, a break in the arctic weather conditions also welcomed by London Sikh community taking part in the Southall procession celebrating the harvest festival of Vaisahi. A traditional Nagar Kirtan, the parade is the largest of its kind in Europe, with up to 100,000 in attendance - our reporter Toby Sadler was there too.

And some very good news - missing 12-year-old Suada Gashi from Lewisham has been found. There were concerns for her safety after she was last seen on Tuesday at Victoria coach station. Police say she is now safe and well.
