A cafe which offers customers as many biscuits, as much tea and WiFi as they want - for free - has opened for business in east London. But there is, not surprisingly a catch. You have to pay 3p for every minute you spend in there.
Everyone is given an alarm clock at Ziferblat at 388 Old Street to help work out how much they owe. The idea has been a big success in Russia, with thousands of customers every month.
