Swansea full-back, Ben Davies could soon be coming to White Hart Lane. Spurs and Liverpool are currently locked in a transfer battle for him.

Initially it was believed the 21-year-old would join his former Swansea boss, Brendan Rodgers at Anfield. However, Spurs have started to gather momentum since having their bid accepted earlier in the week.

It's hoped he can solve their problems in defence. Davies is expected to shortly undergo a medical with the North London side.

It appears Liverpool are only days away from signing QPR striker, Loic Remy. Earlier in the week, the France international was set to join Arsenal, until negotiations regarding his wages broke down.

The five-year deal is rumored to see the player earn around £80,000 per week.
