The former social services boss sacked after the Baby P scandal has been awarded £679,452 in a 'secret' compensation deal.
Sharon Shoesmith, the ex-head of children's services at Haringey Council, won a case for unfair dismissal.
Peter Connelly, who was 17 months old, suffered more than 50 injuries, before his death in 2007, despite being on the at-risk register. His mother, her boyfriend and another man were convicted of causing his death.
Shoesmith, who earned £133,000, was sacked by Education Secretary Ed Balls. Her compensation deal, agreed in October last year, was the subject of a 'gagging clause' but details have been revealed in Haringey Council's accounts.
