'I want more babies', says mum who gave birth four times in just nine months

Anyone with a new born baby will know how hard it can be. There are the sleepless nights, feeding, nappy changing almost every hour of day and night.

So just imagine what it's like to have a baby and then give birth to three more.

That's what happened to Sarah Ward and Benn Smith from Crayford in south London who had triplets just nine months after their first child, Freddie, was born.

A typical week now involves changing 175 nappies and making up to 80 bottles of milk.

Sarah's son Freddie was nine months old when she had triplets in March. All were conceived naturally and named Stanley, Daisy and Reggie.

It's chaos. They were on six bottles each every day. So that was hard work.

Now they're sleeping through the night, they're on four bottles a day each.

I like to get their clothes ready for the next day. So I get all four outfits out ready.

We make the bottle up. We make sure that the nappy box is filled up ready for the next day.

We get good days and we get bad days. But on the bad days one of them only has to smile at you and you just feel blessed. It melts your heart.
