This week, the shortage family doctors and the patients struggling to get an appointment.

A report by the London Assembly warns the number of GPs is failing to keep pace with the capital's growing population.

It also warns many doctors are leaving the profession early - placing big pressures on the system. It was the week's big talking point on Facebook.

I like my GP but they are overloaded... There should be a maximum patient to GP ratio.

With the temperatures slowly but surely rising - the last thing you might expect to see in London is snow. So here's something no one was expecting.

It looked like snow, it felt like snow -- and it fell in central London on Tuesday lunchtime. But it was actually something you've probably never heard of before. It was graupel (soft hail).
