A 'bike fish' and 'canal cam' have revealed the weird and wonderful gear dumped in our waterways - from bullets and bikes, to bits of old car exhaust.
Volunteers were out dredging a canal at Limehouse Cut, Bromley-by-Bow, London as part of a campaign showing the weird and wonderful gear that is hauled up from the deep.
The Canal and River Trust fished out a number of bikes and other large items including a delivery moped from the canal.
The said they are often asked what lurks beneath the canal waterline.
The 'bike fish' event was to illustrate the going problem and effect of dumped rubbish on the nation's waterways.
