Muhammad has held on to its title as the most popular baby name for boys in London for the fourth year in a row.

Oliver was the second most popular name in 2015, with Daniel third.

Of the 10 regions in England and Wales, Muhammad was top in London and the West Midlands, with Oliver the number one choice for parents everywhere else.

A variation on the spelling of the name - Mohammed - was seventh in popularity in the capital.
