Prince Harry visits Borough Market traders after terror attack

Prince Harry has met Borough Market traders whose staff and customers were caught up in the recent terrorist attack.

Prince Harry in Borough Market

Harry visited the London food market where attackers armed with knives ran amok, stabbing passers-by after mowing down pedestrians on nearby London Bridge.

Eight people were killed and scores of others injured in the atrocity on Saturday June 3.

Borough Market was closed for 11 days and traders gathered for a poignant minute's silence before it officially reopened on Wednesday morning.

Prince Harry was keen to come down as soon as possible to spread the message this vibrant market is open for business.
