A woman who worked at Opera Holland Park is the latest Grenfell Tower fire victim to be formally named.
Deborah Lamprell worked front of house at the outdoor music venue. Last week the opera company held a special performance of Verdi's Requiem to raise money for a charity working to support young survivors of the tragedy.
Her mother called her a "wonderful, precious daughter who was always smiling and helping others".
Speaking about her before the concert last week, the general director of Opera Holland Park, Michael Volpe described her as a popular member of staff.
Police say 49 victims of the fire have now been identified.
