London is no longer the most expensive place in Britain to buy a pint - with Surrey snatching away the title, a new study shows.

At a whopping £4.40 a pint of beer, the county has overtaken London by just 20p to take the title.

It's the first time since the Good Pub Guide began publishing in 1982 that the capital has not taken the top spot when it came to the average price of a pint.
