A gang smashed its way into a department store using axes and stole more than £30,000 worth of handbags.
The gang used a crowbar to raid House of Fraser and made off with 33 expensive Mulberry bags taking just two minutes to do so.
Police were driving past the store near Victoria station, central London, at 3:30am on Tuesday when they came across the burglary.
The suspects, who wore motorcycle helmets, and gloves are believed to have made off from the scene on scooters and mopeds.
House of Fraser's bags start from £250 for a cross-body satchel, with the most expensive style - a black python Bayswater - is priced at £2,495.
