Miles Hurley was repeatedly stabbed in a shocking attack. The 21-year-old lost four pints of blood and the blade narrowly missed severing his spine after he and his friend were "chased at speed".

Miles and his friend, also aged 21, were driving a beige Fiat 500 when they became involved in an argument with the occupants of another car.

His aunt, Liz Hurley, flew back from filming in New York to be by his bedside, saying it was "an appalling time" for her family and that his wounds were "shocking".

Met Police released CCTV of Wandsworth Road, south west London, and are appealing for any motorists who were in the area and have dashcam footage to get in touch.

Officers want to speak to anyone who saw either a beige coloured Fiat 500 or a black hatchback being driven erratically at around 8.45pm that evening.

The victims were chased at high speed by the men in the other car which is described as a black hatchback with blacked out windows.

The victims drove to Ascalon Road and got out of their car.

The suspects also stopped, got out of their vehicle and attacked the two victims before driving off.
