The radical cleric Abu Hamza and four other terror suspects could be put on a plane to the United States within days, after judges rejected their bid for an appeal.
Hamza's extradition was halted when he was jailed for incitement offences relating to his sermons at the Finsbury Park Mosque.
But on Monday night the European Court of Human Rights cleared the way for the suspects to be handed over to US authorities.
