Police appeal for help to catch burglars
The Metropolitan Police has issued an appeal for help after a woman was punched in the face by burglars who threatened to kidnap her 5 year-old daughter. The two men stole a large amount of gold jewellery, valued at £40,000, from her home in Mitcham on Wednesday evening.
The suspects are described as black, aged in their late teens or early 20s, and were wearing bandanas and hoods.
