Two women and an 11-year-old boy are still in hospital after colliding with a bus on Charing Cross Road.

A 47-year-old woman is critically ill.

An 18-year-old woman is in a serious condition, but stable and the boy is also said to be stable.

All three were pedestrians.

An investigation is under way but no arrests have been made.

Two women are fighting for their lives in hospital. One is 18-years-old and the other aged in her 40's.

An 11-year-old boy also suffered minor injuries in the accident.

Two women are critically ill after a bus hit a group of pedestrians on Charing Cross Road late this afternoon.

An 18-year-old girl and a woman in her 40s are being treated in hospital.

A boy, aged 11, suffered minor injuries.

The road remains closed in both directions.
