A new pre-apprenticeship programme was launched at by the Skills Minister at a Wandsworth college today. Matthew Hancock was at South Thames College to explain the new Government Traineeships scheme.

A new Government traineeship programme was launched in Wandsworth this morning. It's aimed at helping young people from 16 to 24 into work by making sure their basic skills, including maths and English are up to scratch. For more information on the scheme go to the Apprenticeship guide website.
