Tottenham will have to wait another year for FA Cup glory. They lost 2-1 to Leeds United.
A 58th minute goal by Clint Dempsey wasn't enough as they were beaten away at the Championship side. Luke Varney and Ross McCormack had earlier scored for Leeds.
"I was pleased with the reaction of the players, we were much better in the second half," Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez said after drawing 2-2 with Brentford.
"It's important to do well in every competition, the FA Cup is massive but we also need to finish in the top four."
Chelsea's replay against Brentford will be played on the same weekend as the fifth-round matches on Feb. 16-17 since the next three midweeks are filled with fixtures in the Premier League, international football and the Europa League.
