Brit Awards 2013
The Brit Awards, hosted by James Corden, takes place at the O2 Arena tonight. We are live on the red carpet and hopefully speaking to London nominees, such as, JOessie Ware, Paloma Faith, Amy Winehouse (posthumous), Plan B, Mumford and Sons.
Mumford & Sons 'weren't expecting' best group win
After Mumford & Sons picked up the prize for best British group at the Brit Awards, frontman Marcus Mumford said:
Thanks very much indeed. We weren't expecting that. I don't think we've really taken the opportunity to thank people who have come to our gigs.
"We were in a group with Muse and One Direction, so it's a surprise.

Ben Howard gets best British male at the Brit Awards
Ben Howard has won best British male at the Brit Awards. It followed his earlier award as best British breakthrough act.
The award was presented by Ed Sheeran.
Father wears Winehouse Waistcoat
The father of Amy Winehouse kept her memory alive tonight by arriving at the Brit Awards wearing a waistcoat with her face on the back.

The Rolling Stones are nominated for Best Live Act at tonight's Brit Awards.
This recent footage shows the band performing 'She's So Cold' live at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas.
The Brit Awards will be broadcast live on ITV at 8pm.
Ed Sheeran 'happy to be back' at Brit Awards
Two-time Brit Award winner Ed Sheeran said he was "happy to be back" as he arrived on the red carpet ahead of tonight's ceremony.
He also said he was looking forward to seeing Ben Howard's performance later.

Mumford & Sons up for two Brits tonight
What are they nominated for?
Best British Group, Best British Live Act and British Album of the Year for 'Babel'
The band formed in December 2007. At the same time a handful of similar bands emerging around West London, giving rise to the "West London Folk Scene".
Their debut album 'Sigh No More' was released in October 2009. The album peaked at number two on the UK Albums Chart and the Billboard 200 in the US. Their second album 'Babel' was the fastest selling UK album of 2012 and the biggest selling debut of any album that year in the US.
Did you know? The band will be performing a stopover gig on their world tour in Lewes later on this year.

What is he nominated for?
Best Male Solo Artist and British Album of the Year for 'Ill Manors'
He was born and brought up in Forest Gate, East London. His debut single released in 2005 'Kidz' was inspired by the murder of Damilola Taylor. The song also featured in the soundtrack to the film Kidulthood in 2006.
Did you know? 'Ill Manors' is a soundtrack album to a film of the same name written and directed by Plan B. He has also starred in several films himself including Harry Brown and The Sweeney.
