The odds of snow falling on London at Easter have been slashed by bookmakers.
William Hill have halved the odds on a white Easter in the capital from 10/1 to 5/1.
Rupert Adams, William Hill spokesman, said: "Many forecasters have suggested that the end of winter is getting later and later and the latest odds suggest that a white Easter is a distinct possibility,"
Some of the other weather-related bets being offered:
Parliament Closed by Health & Safety because of Snow or Ice Before End Of April 30th: 20/1
Big Ben To Fail To Chime for weather reasons before end of April 30th: 50/1
Cold, cloudy, freezing winds and snow flurries... Welcome to spring!
Significant snowfall across Britain is expected to cause disruption throughout today and tomorrow as the possibility of a white Easter looms.
Snow will work its way into some areas in the south of London later this afternoon, and coming in from the north.
Up to 10cms (3.9 inches) will settle in the worst affected areas, including Kent, Sussex and southern Hampshire.
The already cold weather is exacerbated by a freezing wind making temperatures feel even chillier. Ever wondered how to calculate 'wind chill factor'? Here's an official table from our weather presenter Martin Stew.
