Boris Johnson has announced £750,000 worth of investment in London's TV and film industry.

The Mayor spoke today from Ealing Studios where blockbuster films such as Bond were filmed, saying it would help create 1,000 jobs and bring work to the capital's creative companies.

It is thought the birds escaped from Ealing Studios in 1951 during the making of The African Queen.
