It's a 300 year old tradition which has become emblematic of a particular region of Spain. But today, the 'human towers' of Catalonia came to Clapham. Sharon Thomas was there.
Castellersde Vilafranca, the worlds best Human Towers team, will be showing off their talents on Clapham Common this afternoon .
The display will see 170 members of the team perform together from midday, creating awe-inspiring 'castells'.
A uniquely Catalan custom, human towers have been enjoyed during town celebrations and festivals in Barcelona for three hundred years. See more on ITV London at 5.30pm.
