London Councils have revealed that the school place crisis in the capital is much worse than expected.

While this year many parents got good news about their child's school place, the future's not so bright.

It's actually much worse than London councils had expected. By 2016 there'll be nearly 120,000 children without a place at a primary or secondary school.

The councils are pleading with the government for extra money for the capital. So will the Mayor back them?
