Chelsea will play Champions League football next season after they came from behind to beat Aston Villa 2-1.
Two goals from Frank Lampard secured them the win. Those goals also mean that he surpassed Bobby Tambling's record as the highest goal scorer in the club's history.
He now has scored 203 goals for them.
Chelsea can all but confirm their qualification for the Champions League today, if they can beat Aston Villa.
Defender Gary Cahill said: "We've got three games that could determine our season. We have to keep pushing."
They beat Villa 8-0 in the same fixture at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season, but Cahill is taking nothing for granted this time around.**
"This time around it will be a different team we face," he added.
Chelsea interim boss Rafael Benitez agreed.
"It doesn't matter what happened in the game at Stamford Bridge," Benitez said.
"The main thing is they want to win, they need to win. "They're doing well. It will be tough because they're desperate to win at stay in the league."
