Heathrow baggage breakdown

British Airways' passengers with check-in luggage were unable to fly from Heathrow's Terminal 5 this morning due to a computer problem.

Heathrow technical problems last more than two hours

Technical problems began this morning at 9am. By around 11:30 Heathrow said staff had restored partial check-in for hold baggage. By 11:45 all check-in services were returning to normal.

Heathrow Terminal 5's baggage system broke down this morning, affecting passengers at check-in.
