Landlord responds to resident's concerns

"We are in open dialogue with our tenants to handle any queries they have about their rent position.

Annual rent reviews are a standard business practice and the current tenants were paying significantly below market rates.

They will continue to benefit after the rent review from a discounted rate compared to both the local market rent and the rent for new lettings for comparable units in the Estate."
