A mother who died after being stabbed in the neck in broad daylight has been named as Naudel Turner. The 42-year-old was attacked near a GP surgery in Tottenham where she worked as a nurse. She travelled to work in north London from her home in Fulham.
Ms Turner was a hard-working mother of two boys. We now believe she knew her attacker. I need to hear from anyone who was in the Bruce Grove area shortly before one o'clock on Wednesday, 19 March and who may have witnessed the incident.I would like to directly appeal to anyone who may have captured images or footage before and after the incident to contact us immediately.In particular we would like to speak to a black male who was wearing a white tracksuit top who witnesses saw taking images at the scene.
Police in Tottenham are appealing for witnesses to the murder of a woman stabbed to death in broad daylight yesterday.
The 42-year-old victim was knifed in the neck near Radley Road just after 1pm. Detectives are asking anyone who might have caught the attack on their phone to come forward.

The 42-year-old victim was taken by ambulance to a central London hospital where she was pronounced dead. Officers believe they know the identity of the deceased, but await formal identification.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken taken to a north London police station.
