Family pays tribute to 'angel that would make everyone around him smile'

The family of Kyrece Marshall, the 13 year old who drowned on Tuesday night in the River Thames at Marlow, have paid tribute to their son.

We have not only lost a son but we have lost an angel that would make everyone around him smile. He was a very kind, well mannered and beautiful boy with a bright future in front of him. He has touched everyone around him. We will miss him with all our hearts and we hope that his legacy will live on.

Police recover body of teenager from the River Thames near Marlow

Police have recovered the body of a teenager from the River Thames near Marlow. Officers were called to a report of a person in difficulties in the river near Gossmore Lane at around 4.30pm today and conducted a search of the river with members of the fire and ambulance services. Just after 8pm this evening, officers from the Specialist Search and Rescue Team recovered the body of the boy, who is believed to be 13-years-old and from the Marlow area. The death is not believed to be suspicious at this stage and his family has been informed.
