Muamba had 'comfortable night in intensive care unit'
Bolton Wanderers, Barts and The London NHS Trust joint statement: "Fabrice Muamba has had a comfortable night in the intensive care unit at The London Chest Hospital, where the medical team is continuing to monitor his progress.
"Fabrice's family has asked us to thank everyone again for their thoughts and prayers and for the continued messages of support, from which they draw great strength.
"To ensure the smooth running of the hospital for all patients - as well as Fabrice's need to concentrate on his recovery - they would request that he receive no more visitors for the moment, outside of immediate family and members of Bolton Wanderers Football Club."
Premier League to review medical procedures after Muamba collapse
Chief executive Richard Scudamore said the Premier League will review their medical procedures following Fabrice Muamba's collapse on Saturday.
Speaking at the Sport Industry Breakfast club in London this morning, Scudamore said: "Incidents and events shape policy, shape developments, shape progress.
"What we will certainly be doing is looking at every aspect of what happened and if there are ways and means of improving, if there are ways and means of making it better in the future...we will do everything to make sure we reduce to the point of elimination, if we possibly can, things like that.
"There are no guarantees but we will do whatever we can to improve."
Redknapp: 'Spurs must show focus'
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is confident his players will put aside the trauma of Fabrice Muamba's cardiac arrest tomorrow when they return to White Hart Lane for the first time since seeing the Bolton midfielder collapse.
Redknapp admitted last night that Saturday was a "horrendous" experience for all of his squad but while he is keen to see Muamba make a full recovery, he is mindful his players must concentrate on the key games they have coming up against Stoke tomorrow night and Chelsea on Saturday.
"It was traumatic for everyone, but the lads were back in training yesterday morning and we have a big week coming ahead now so we have to go again now," he said.

The 23-year-old is spending his fourth day in intensive care at the London Chest Hospital after collapsing during an FA Cup match on Saturday.
