Hat-trick sees impressive Charlton win

Charlton had a massive win this afternoon, inching towards Championship safety. A Marvin Sordell hat-trick saw them recover from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at Sheffield Wednesday.

Sordell completed his hat-trick in the 63rd minute with a cool finish after getting between two defenders on the break as the urgency of their predicament propelled them forward against a Wednesday side with little to play for.

Charlton entered the match outside the relegation zone on goal difference alone, three goals to the good ahead of Blackpool.
