An electrical fault at Purley in south London that was first discovered on Sunday has continued to plague passengers on key routes out of London's Victoria and London Bridge stations.
The Gatwick Express was reduced to a half-hourly service and there was also a reduced service between Merstham and Coulsdon South, as well as delays to other services in the area.
Services out of Victoria and also from Blackfriars station were affected by delays due to a vehicle striking a bridge at Shortlands in south east London.
Service suspended on Central Line between Liverpool Street and Marble Arch and severe delays on the rest of the line due to signal failure at Holborn. Tickets being accepted on local bus routes.
M3 London bound closed, stationary traffic due to accident, five vehicles involved between J4 A331 (Camberley) and J3 A322 (Lightwater), congestion to Fleet Services.

There have been lengthy delays at Paddington station this evening after a person was hit by a train between Hayes & Harlington and West Drayton. The delays are expected to continue until approximately 11pm.
Delays of up to two hours on the M25 clockwise between J8 Reigate and J9 Leatherhead. Two lanes are closed and there is queueing traffic for 12 miles due to a earlier coach fire. Congestion all the way back to Clacket Lane Services.
Thousands of commuters suffered an appalling start to the week with three Tube lines either part suspended or running with delayed services.Problems still remain on the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines following a signal failure.
