Chelsea agree to sign Brazilian defender Wallace
Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign the 18 year-old defender Wallace from the Brazilian champions Fluminense. He will officially join Chelsea when the January transfer window opens but will then stay at the Brazilian club on loan until the summer.
