Fifth person charged with Pimlico murder
Detectives have charged another man with the murder of Hani Abou El Kheir in Pimlico on January 27th. 18 year-old Tarquai Joseph from Maida Vale will appear before magistrates in Waltham Forest tomorrow. Four other men have already been charged with his murder.
