Louis tries out mental gymnastics on ITV quiz

He's used to success in the gym and on the dance floor and now Louis Smith is trying his hand at a quiz show.

This weekend the double Olympic medallist and Strictly winner will be aiming for gold on ITV's Who Wants to be a Millionnaire.

Louis will be joined by coach Paul Hall on a celebrity edition of the show on Sunday. They'll be raising money for Huntingdon Gymnstics Club's expansion project.

New MBEs update Twitter profiles

London 2012 medallists Natasha Baker and Louis Smith have updated their Twitter profiles with their new titles.

They were formally presented with their honours by the Queen earlier today.

The Olympic gymnast Louis Smith has received his Member of the British Empire (MBE) medal in an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace.

Louis Smith receives MBE

Olympian Louis Smith, who scooped silver on the pommel horse at London 2012, has described being awarded the MBE as the proudest moment of his life.

The gymnast, who also won a bronze in the men's team competition at the London Games, trains in Basildon in Essex.
