Service suspended on Metropolitan Line between Moor Park and Watford due to signal failure at Watford.
British Transport Police detectives are appealing for information after a man was assaulted while travelling on a Metropolitan line train between Wembley Park and Preston Road.
Police have released CCTV of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, which happened on Wednesday, 30 May around 2.30pm.
Detective Constable Keith McEwan said that the victim, a 34-year-old man from Eastcote, boarded the train at Wembley Park station.
“As the train approached Preston Road, a man walked over to the victim and unsuccessfully tried to snatch his mobile phone before him several times in the head.
"Another man then joined in the attack and headbutted the victim. The two men then left the train at Preston Road station.”

Severe delays are occurring between Baker Street and Aldgate after a customer incident at Finchley Road.
Minor delays are occuring on the rest of the Line.
Buses and Chiltern Railways are accepting tickets.
Severe delays are occurring between Wembley Park and Aldgate on the Metropolitan line due to a signal failure at Baker Street. The problem has also led to minor delays on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.
