Mo Farah wins place in athletics history

Mo Farah has become the second man in the world and the first Briton to hold the 10,000m and 5,000m Olympic and World titles simultaneously.

He joins Ethiopia's Kenenisa Bekele in athletics history, after winning the 5,000m final at the World Championships in Moscow.

Mo already made history on Saturday, by becoming the first British man to hold a 10,000m world title. He won gold in both events at the 2012 London Olympics.

Adam Gemili has stormed into Saturday's 200m final by winning his semi-final in 19.98. He's only the second Briton to run sub-20 seconds in the 200m, along with John Regis, who holds the British record at 19.87.

Ohuruogu books her place in 400m final

London's Christine Ohuruogu has booked her place in the World Athletics Championships 400 metre final in Moscow tomorrow.

A perfectly timed late surge ensured the semi final win. She posted a time of 49.75.
